We ensure proper balancing of every brush roll so that our brush roll performs at required speed without any problem . The selection of the fill material and selection of the shaft material depends upon the application. We ensure proper packing of the Brush Rolls so that they do not get damaged during transportation.

Here careful inspection of the shaft is done after it is received at our facility. This inspection covers whether any damage is there on the shaft, bearings, bearing housing and journals. If there is any problem then it is rectified at our end. Then proper balancing as per IS Standards is done to remove the imbalance in the shaft. Later on proper wrapping of bristles is done on the shaft and uniform trimming is done which gives a levelled finish to the brush surface . After the trimming again we do Dynamic Balancing to make the brush roll perform without any vibrations.

Electrically welded brush segments

These brushes are internally welded to form a complete brush segment. The brushes are always trimmed in sets which the customer will use at their end. This gives a perfect uniform finishing for all the brushes in the set. The Brushes are labelled as per the set in which they are trimmed which helps in systematic and easy assembly giving uniform finish. The backing tape used for making these brushes is stainless steel 304. These brushes are available in various fill material depending upon the application where these brushes will be used. The brushes have interlocking facility because of which it get fix on the customer shaft. The brushes can be made in various internal diameter with or without arbor hole. Also various size flanges can be welded to these brush segments so that they fit on the customer shaft easily.
